Biondi Law Firm was founded in 1985 by the current lawyer Settimio Biondi.The Firm provides legal assistance in both criminal and civil matters. In particular, in the criminal field, the interest is aimed at protecting clients subject to criminal proceedings with attention to violations not only of substantive law but also in the presence of hypotheses linked to the restriction of personal freedom. Still in the criminal field, the firm also provides assistance in the field of criminal law with minor issues such as violations of the highway code, guides in an alcoholic intoxication and the suspension of driving licenses.The lawyer Settimio Biondi, together with his collaborators, also works in the civil sector, especially in areas related to contractual and extra-contractual responsibility, as well as medical responsibility, contracts and family law.The Firm also provides assistance in extrajudicial activities such as road accidents, claims of all kinds, brokerage and assisted negotiation, also offering its professionalism to companies that intend to protect their own reasons.

He is the owner and founder of the Law Firm, a lawyer registered in the Special Register of Lawyers Supreme Courts, also exercises before the Supreme Court of Cassation, dealing mainly with criminal law, civil law and family law.

Graduated in 2007 at Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and Specialized in Legal Professions at "E. Redenti Institute" - University of Bologna, collaborates with the Law Firm and provides his professional activity offering extrajudicial consultancy in criminal law and law civil.

She graduated in law in 1997 from Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna with full marks, a lawyer since 2000, qualified as a legal aid to the Supreme Court of Cassation. He mainly deals with criminal law and family law.

Giovanni Vitali
